Remember to Relax & Breathe!
Enjoy a walk, run, hike, ect... Something outdoors! Breathe in the fresh outside air. Belly breathing is amazingly relaxing and brings peace.
It will take some practice which is why I like to use my hands by placing them on my belly and breathing into my hands. Concentrating on the cold air coming in through the nose and warm air out the mouth. When taking a breathe in, concentrate on moving the belly and keeping the chest still.
